Time and Materials/Hourly Model

Our Effort based pricing model, ensures the project cost is a function of the total project execution time and the corresponding resources deployed. This model works best in situations where the scope, specification and implementation plans of a software development project are not easy to define at the outset; Time & Material Model becomes an attractive option. Under this model, you pay as per use of the hourly development efforts. Under this mode we define the business model and work hand in hand with our client for execution of end-to-end project.

DeltaX offers its skilled resources, and the development effort is billed at the end of every month at a pre-negotiated and mutually agreed hourly rate, based on the quality of resource engaged. Hence, the total project cost is determined by the amount of time and resources expended. This process is repeated for each of the elements until the solution is delivered in its entirety.

The effort estimation for all the elements and for all the stages at the beginning of the project is usually complex and a very involving process. The client and the DeltaX prioritize and scope each element. DeltaX prepares an effort estimate for that stage, defines the promised deliverables for that element and states the assumptions involved.

DeltaX and Client agree on a change management practice and provide room for the same. DeltaX’s experience of project management ensures that effort is estimated and implemented in an effective and controlled manner to reduce time and cost overruns.
